How alerts work

Whenever BrandSonar finds a new mention that matches your filters, it sends a notification to email or Slack. You can set up as many alerts as you need. For example, one for all negative mentions to Slack, and another for high-relevance mentions to your email.

Creating an alert

Go to Settings → Alerts and click Add alert. Give it a name, choose whether to send to email or Slack, and set the destination. Optionally, narrow it down by platform, sentiment, or minimum relevance so you only get notified about what matters.

For Slack alerts, you'll need to connect your workspace first.

Pausing and editing

Each alert has a toggle to pause it without deleting. Click on any alert to edit its filters or destination.
