Labels

Labels are colour-coded tags that help you organise mentions. When you create a brand, the setup wizard suggests a set of labels based on your site. As new mentions come in, BrandSonar automatically applies the right labels using AI, so most of the categorisation happens without you lifting a finger.

You can also manually add or remove labels from any mention on the Mentions page by clicking the label icon.

Managing labels

Go to Settings → Labels to create, rename, recolour, or delete labels. You can have up to 10 per brand. Changes apply immediately across all mentions that use that label.
