Brands
Each organisation has one primary brand, with competitors tracked alongside it for comparison.
Setting up your brand
When you create an organisation, enter your brand domain. BrandSonar will analyse your site with AI and walk you through a wizard to review suggested keywords, social profiles, labels, and competitors. Once you confirm, the first scan kicks off automatically.
Competitors
During brand setup, you can optionally select competitors to track. You can add more competitors from your brand later. Each competitor gets its own monitoring with its own keywords and AI-adapted labels, so you can compare how your brand stacks up. Competitors count toward your total monitor limit.
The overview dashboard
Click into a brand to see its overview. This is your at-a-glance view of how your brand is performing: mention volume over time, platform breakdown, sentiment split, and who's talking about you the most. Use the date range picker in the top-right to zoom in on a specific period.
Brand settings
Each brand has its own settings in the sidebar: Keywords, Platforms, Labels, and Alerts. You'll also find a General page where you can rename or delete the brand.
Deleting a brand permanently removes all of its mentions, keywords, and settings.
