Team management
Invite your team and control who can do what.
Roles
There are three roles:
- Owner – full access to everything including billing. One per organisation.
- Admin – can manage brands, settings, and team members. No access to billing or organisation deletion.
- Member– can view brands and mentions but can't change settings.
Inviting people
Go to Settings → Team, click Invite member, and enter their email. They'll get an invitation to join your organisation. You can resend or cancel pending invitations at any time.
Switching organisations
If you belong to multiple organisations, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar to jump between them.
