Why connect Slack?

Connecting Slack lets you send alertsstraight to any channel in your workspace. It's the fastest way to keep your team in the loop without anyone needing to check the dashboard.

Setting it up

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Slack. You'll be taken to Slack to authorize BrandSonar, then redirected back once it's done.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time from the same page. Any alerts using Slack will stop sending until you reconnect.
